Hotd4 works just fine! Lindbergh menu is vga 640x480 so it must work if your cab is vga

if you have red Lindbergh base board you need need to update it, this way it will be compatible with all games

both must be original microsoft

I don't think this pad is compatible, or at least the usb adapter you are using.

you can use usb wired Microsoft version or wireless version with usb wireless Microsoft adapter, original only

pad must be connected to one of the 4 usb usb socket located right in the Lindbergh's center
