Just to say rklok is a nice guy.
He may be slow, or sometimes forgets to pm you back, but he's a trustworthy person to deal with. When you are unhappy with your cab for some reason, he accepts you refuse it to the delivery company and refund you completely after the cab has returned back to him. Also he sometimes accepts to bid for you on YAJ for a special cab you see auctioned, then he takes care of the shipment, etc. Sellers who accept those kinds of requests are quite rare..

I do not want to argue.
There is only few cabinet importer, you get not common stuff.
All people I spoke with are happy with the cab they get from you.

But on the other hand there is a lack of transparency. You sent the same answer to every people I know who are dealing with you : "your are on the list for those", no price given....
We don't know how many people are looking at the same cabs, or a range for the price.
The rules said that you should give a price.
You post to tease and advertise your shipement, you do not take preorders, you only accept people who make the trip to pick up what they buy,to me it's likely that you try to sell the way I describe on my previous post.
Everybody else give a price for what they sell, you are the only one not to.
Once you get your cabinet inspected and serviced you should post a message with the price.

C'est mon dernier message sur le sujet, je ne veux pas prolonger débat,tout le monde est content des bornes achetés chez rklok.
Je trouve juste anormal de ne pas connaitre le prix des bornes vendues.


Ce système de préreservation sans versé d'avoir, sans connaitre le prix ne me semble pas normal. Tous ceux qui lui ont demandé des bornes il y a quelques mois et qui l'on recontacté on reçu un laconique tu es sur la liste je te recontact lorsque ton tour viendra. Pour moi ça correspond au schéma de vente décris dans mon post précédent et ça me semble contraire aux règles.

Enfin pour finir je voudrais dire a ceux qui seraient intéressé par des bornes provenant de chez rklok que ceux qui ont eu affaire avec lui sont content de leur achat, pas de soucis de ce coté là. Moi même je lui aurait peut être acheté quelque chose si il donnait un prix......

It's just not true what you state here:

First of all :
I don't take preorders because I never know in what condition cabinets arrive here. I can only give a price when I know the condition and if the cabinet is working at all!! Instead of preorders I make a list of people who are interested in certain cabs.
When the cabinets arrive and I can determine what needs to be done to sell them. (screens,controlls,painting)
Than I start mailing the people on the list in order of arrivaldate. What's not fair about that??!

Second of all :
90% of my cabinets are shipped throughout Europe, only 10% is picked up. So I dont know how you get that info. It´s just not true

I know that the general opinion is about sellers that they are only in for the money. I get tired of defending that, over and over again to people who do NOT know the facts and not know what it takes and costs to get all these cabinets together.
For your information : My heart makes a leap too if I get a nice cabinet which I never seen or touched before.!

Can you imagine how long it takes to inspect 75 cabinets and get them ready for sales ?

I will not do this again like this on NEO ARCADIA.
Too many people and too little cabs, so a lot of dissapointed people
Next time I will only put them in the sales thread and than the lucky guy who sees it first can buy it. I myself think thats more unfair, because you have to be lucky to be online when that happens..

I don't see any issue with the sellers making monney. Probably most of us had a look at yahoo auction in japan at some point so we are aware of the price.
To import those cab you hace to spend time and monney so there I don't see any problem with the fact that you get a fair return for this.

You still can pm people who buyed you cabs in the past or asked you in advance or even these 10% who picked up cab, I mean they are probably the most passionates one to make the trip.
I think it's more fair to proced like this, because it's not clear who is interessted by what at an unknown price.
Knowing the price is also interesting because it prevent people to resell cabs.
The profit you can make is legimit, but if somebody is reselling a cab after two weeks making a profit thats more discutable.

Would you be kind enough to tell how much was the pony mark iv ?
If they was more than one a range would be fine , I know that the price may vary depending of the conditions, screenburns , ...

The Pony Mark IV was sold for 695,-.That price was clearly in this post.

une borne comme la domy jr reste peu de temps vu la rareter,quand on te propose 1100 euro en pm ,on peut te re pm pour te la vendre moins chere,si on te sait intereser.

Tu rage sur un topic en pretextant que le systeme de vente est nul ( alors que bon rklok on commence a saisir un peu le systeme hein depuis de temps ) alors que c est toi qui a pas ete reactif... Y a pas un soucis non ? moi aussi j en loupe des trucs, comme tout le monde, mais prend en a toi mm, pas au vendeur...
