hi,

I think you have some problem with your hdd, you should try to replace it with SSD, SSD replacement is a good way to improve Lindbergh power and speed!

Is it possible to play linked OR2SP ? Because all the games working with the link but OR2SP didn't detect the other cabinet when I launch the game....

Yes, just use hardcoded IP and not DHCP as far as I remember. Or the other way around. It's in segaboot menu.

Yes, just use hardcoded IP and not DHCP as far as I remember. Or the other way around. It's in segaboot menu.

Jackalus, can you please explain how to use hardcoded IP? Mine is showing 0.0.0.0 and I don't know what to change it to. With my two Lindbergh's connected directly to one another, how do I see the IP address? I've been trying to get OutRun 2 linked for over a year now with no success. This would be an awesome update if you can explain how to get this game working in 2 player mode! It's the only one I can't get to work in linked mode and it's by far my favorite racing game. Thanks for your time and help.

@colonelmoutarde, I believe he is referring to the second option screen that appears when you start a game. After selecting a game to play, a game specific option screen appears that allows you to change the settings for that particular game. After you proceed past that option screen, a second option screen will appear that's pretty much the same for all games. On that screen, there is Network Settings where you can select DHCP or input IP. All of the other linked racing games work perfectly without hardcoded IP, so I don't know what to enter here. If you figure it out, please let me know!

But when I launch a game with the multiboot menu
I have only the game menu that appears.
When I go to EXiT I haven't any new or second option menu...
The game is launching directly (I just have to press TESt button because when I use exit option in the game menu I have a NO ENTRY screen and I need to press test button a long time to launch the game.
After 4-5 seconds the game launch....)
Is it normal?

I bought it to Nicolas in Bordeaux but system and multiboot was already installed in the cabinet...

1 2 3 4 5 6 Off (dip switch down)
8 On (dip switch up)

That is the how my dip switches are on both of my Lindbergh units and I was told by Marco to leave them on those settings when I purchased the machines. Every game I launch goes to the second option screen before it loads.

It's working with this configuration, and I can now see the second menu (before, it didn't appear, because I had to press TEST button and I loaded directly the game...).
I can enter in the NETWORK MENU of the lindy, put a STATIC IP (DHCP Disable) and assign 2 different IP in the same network, and GREAT, OR2SP working in link !!!

TOTAL MACHINE 2 (or more if more...)
GROUP 1

LINDY MENU (launched after the game menu)
If you want to use hardcoded IP (Static IP) for OR2SP.
MAIN NETWORK,
Put DISABLE for the DHCP.
IP ADRESS will be appears in white (not grey)
Select it with TEST button
CANCEL appears underline.
Click SERVICE button, dans go to the very last number (last 0).
Put 1 by click on TEST.
Click on SERVICE another time, put by clicking on each place with TEST button this IP :
10.0.0.1 and the other lindy, 10.0.0.2.
(you have to use SERVICE to select the place of the number, TEST to change the number).
At last, you go to SET with the SERVICE button, and select it with TEST.

After, you can launch the game and it's working in link...

so I didn't want to insist with my opinion because actually I can't test it out
