Old version - mouse man shakes balls
New version - mouse man doesn't shake balls

Seriously though, it varies. 168kyen/300kyen/172kyen. Some sold here for €900 2 years ago.

Condition plays a big part. Regional difference is the title screen - JPN says "Aku Gallet" - other regions "Air Gallet". Both titles are on the Japanese manual though. Also no gameplay differences
