From the airport, you take the shuttle "Rhone-Express" to Part-Dieu (its terminus).
At Part-Dieu, you take "Tramway T1 direction IUT Feyssine" (you will have to go through the train station to reach the tramway) and get down at "La DOUA Gaston Berger"
The Double Mixte is the huge building just in front of the tramway station, you can't miss it.

DAMN o.o, the main tournament change date... this is a huge problem for us from italy we have the fly to get back at 17 of clock on sunday... I have two request so please give me a feedback:

1) Move our registration "AEX piz ZAC" from SSF4AE tourney to GAROU:MOTW tourney, it's simply impossible to us to partecipate at SSF4AE on that schedule so with that new change we screwed money of the partecipation.
2) The KOF13 tourney began at 11 o'clock on sunday, that was our main game so I hope it finish on reasonable time (I see not so much team join and start in the morning) after launch and not so late in the evening.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OUR FOREIGN PLAYERS.

I have just been told that due to road works, the airport shuttle rhone-express service is discontinued until 11th of November included.
However, a direct bus shuttle to Part-Dieu is available.
Once arrived at Part-Dieu, the information I previously gave are still accurate.

Note that it might be possible that huge traffic congestion occur on sunday since it will be holidays in France.
Expect a slightly longer transfer from Part-Dieu to the airport than mentionned on the website.

Take note that the shuttle goes directly from the Airport to the Part-Dieu station, so you can't miss it.
You can find it next to the "TGV" (train) station of the airport.

It may take a bit longer as Segalyon said (up to an hour and a half in the worst case; realisticaly about an hour), but the counterpart is that it's a bit cheaper (9€ instead of 15€).
They got the same frequency, every 15 minutes.
