New Zealand Story illustré sur DS

[Nintendo DS] Rising Star dévoile ces images de New Zealand Story Revolution sur Nintendo DS. Dans les plumes du petit Tiki, un petit oiseau jaune qui devra sauver ses amis, le joueur évoluera à travers des niveaux truffés de pièges et d'ennemis avec un mélange d'action et de plate-forme bon enfant. Graphiquement, il ne faudra pas s'attendre à des miracles puisque le titre semble reprendre le style de la version originale qui date des années 80. Sortie prévue pour la fin de l'année.

Pour en revenir à quelques poste juste avant :
le ACE2 "another century's episode 2" est devellopé par banpresto (super robot taisen) et from software (armored core).
Le jeu regroupe pas mal de serie avec les univers qui se melange. (par exemple du gundam wing, char's counter attack...)
Niveau jeu c'est quand même plus poussé que les gundam de capcom en arcade (enfin banpresto). C'est certe similaire à la vue mais le syteme de jeu est different.

Mortal Kombat se déchaîne en octobre
Deux opus inédits à venir

Le mois d’octobre verra la sortie sur PlayStation 2 d’un nouvel opus de la série des Mortal Kombat, dénommé Armageddon. De son côté, la PSP saluera l’arrivée de Mortal Kombat : Unchained, un titre qui proposera des affrontements en 3D sur la portable de Sony, ainsi que des modes et mini-jeux inédits.

Namco Bandai : le line-up TGS 2006

C'est au tour de Namco Bandai d'ouvrir un site officiel pour préciser son line-up TGS, la liste des jeux qui seront présentés sur le salon japonais. La première surprise concerne la PlayStation 3, puisque Mobile Suit Gundam : Target in Sight est confirmé comme titre de lancement pour le Japon, avec une date de sortie fixée au 11 novembre. Il faudra en revanche attendre pour l'autre jeu confirmé jouable sur le stand, Ridge Racer 7, puisque Namco Bandai entretient toujours le suspense avec un "indéterminé". Pas de surprise à noter pour le reste des jeux, qui concernent uniquement des titres déjà présentés de longue date, comme Dragon Ball Z : Budokai Tenkaichi 2 PS2, Trusty Bell sur Xbox 360 ou encore Naruto : Konoha Spirits. Aussi curieux que cela puisse paraître, aucun jeu Wii n'est mentionné, ce qui ne veut pas dire que l'éditeur ne présentera aucun jeu sur la future console de Nintendo une fois les portes du salon ouvertes.

Konami abat ses cartes pour le TGS 2006

Après Bandai Namco, c'est un autre immense éditeur qui nous fait le plaisir de dévoiler ses atouts pour le Tôkyô Game Show 2006, qui se tiendra au Makuhari Messe de Chiba les 22, 23 et 24 septembre. Impensable de se rendre dans un tel salon sans faire un détour du côté de chez Konami. Parmi la trentaine de jeux (consoles, portables et arcades) l'éditeur aura le mérite de présenter son premier jeu Wii, Elebits. Sur PlayStation 3 il y aura deux jeux à essayer, Metal Gear Solid 4 : Guns of the Patriots, ainsi que Coded Arms Assault. Bien garnies, les bornes PlayStation 2 offriront du sport avec Jikkyû Powerful Pro Yakyû 13 et Winning Eleven 10, du rythme à toutes les sauces avec Pop'n Music 13 Carnival, Guitar Freaks V2, Drum Mania V2, et Dance Dance Revolution SuperNova. Sur Xbox 360, une première version de Winning Eleven sera présentée. Passons enfin aux consoles nomades, avec Metal Gear Solid : Portable Ops et Metal Gear Solid : Bande Dessinée sur PSP. La portable de Sony aura également droit au très attendu Silent Hill Origins ainsi qu'à Winning Eleven 10 : Ubiquitous Edition. Enfin, la Nintendo DS aura elle aussi droit à son World Soccer Winning Eleven DS, auquel on oubliera pas d'ajouter Castlevania : Portrait of Ruins ou encore Lost in Blue 2. Cette fois c'est sûr, Konami va mettre de l'ambiance !

L'adaptation DS de Sangokushi Taisen, l'un des derniers grand succès en date de Sega en arcade, a désormais une date de sortie. Ce jeu de cartes en temps réel inspiré de la Guerre des Trois Royaumes sortira le 25 janvier prochain au Japon.

Taiko Drum Master résonne encore

Pas de répit pour les tambourins en herbe ! Namco Bandai a prévu comme chaque année la sortie d'un nouveau Taiko no Tatsujin pour décembre au Japon, intitulé Taiko no Tatsujin Doka!. Au programme, nouvelles chansons et mini jeux débiles, comme d'habitude.

Kombat Komes to Next Gen

September 12, 2006 - One of the most controversial decisions in the Mortal Kombat universe hasn't been the inclusion of fatalities, but that characters would be killed off. Mortal Kombat: Armageddon, the latest installment of the franchise, has made that startling announcement as it proclaims that the upcoming title will be the final battle between good and evil. Is the end nigh for the fighting franchise?

Not according to Ed Boon, creative director of the Mortal Kombat team. During a recent visit to our offices, Boon mentioned some of the reasons behind the elimination behind some characters. "In Mortal Kombat: Armageddon, we wanted to end a number of things, actually. We wanted to end this chapter of the story. This is the last Mortal Kombat on this generation of consoles, and we also wanted to end this kind of fighting mechanic for Mortal Kombat."

Boon also hinted at what the next generation of Mortal Kombat would entail, which also includes new visuals and controls:

"On the next game, we're going to start new, with a bunch of brand new characters, a whole new fighting system, a new presentation with the new graphics for the new consoles, as well as a new control scheme to take advantage of some of the new technology available. We thought it was a good time to close this chapter and open a new one with every single aspect of Mortal Kombat -- It's going to be brand new."

Looks like the next generation will have fatalities after all. Check back tomorrow for new impressions of Armageddon.

Puyo Puyo fête son 15ème anniversaire

La série Puyo Puyo fêtera cette année son quinzième anniversaire, une occasion trop belle pour ne pas sortir une énième version sur les trois consoles habituelles, PSP, PlayStation 2 et DS. Sega prépare donc le bien nommé Puyo Puyo Fever 15th Anniversary, annoncé pour le 14 décembre sur la portable de Nintendo, et pour le printemps 2007 sur les deux autres machines. Les nouveautés n'ont pas été précisées pour l'heure, mais il faut s'attendre à ce que cette version conserve une fois de plus le principe de Fever et le design rose bonbon qui avaient permis à la série de se refaire une place au soleil.

Le marché Xbox Live Arcade continue de fructifier avec l’arrivée aujourd’hui même de Scramble. Même si l’on a tendance d’accuser Konami de faciliter en transposant ses oldies sur Xbox 360, Scramble bénéficie tout de même d’une bande-son remasterisée, d’un mode multijoueur online Coopération ou Versus en écran splitté et d’un classement mondial. La démo, comme d’habitude, est gratuite et la version complète coûte 400 MP (4, 65 €).

15 Jahre Puyo Puyo: Sega plant drei Versionen

13.09.06 - Anlässlich des 15. Geburtstages der Puyo Puyo-Puzzleserie, hat Sega drei neue Episoden angekündigt: Puyo Puyo 15th Anniversary soll für PS2 und PSP 2007, für NDS schon am 14.12.06 in Japan in die Läden kommen.

L'adaptation DS de Sangokushi Taisen, l'un des derniers grands succès en date de Sega en arcade, a désormais une date de sortie. Ce jeu de cartes en temps réel inspiré de la Guerre des Trois Royaumes sortira le 25 janvier prochain au Japon.

Sega kündigt Miyazato Sega Golf Club an

13.09.06 - Sega gibt die Entwicklung des Sportspiels Miyazato Sega Golf Club bekannt, das als Starttitel für PS3 am 11.11.06 in Japan erscheinen soll. Es basiert auf der Arcade Version Sega Golf Club Version 2006 Next Tours.

Es handelt sich um das Golfspiel, das erstmals am 07.03.06 erwähnt wurde. Im Mittelpunkt steht die berühmte japanische Miyazato-Familie, die einen Kultstatus ähnlich Tiger Woods hat und in Japan als 'Superhelden' verehrt wird.

In Segas Meldung vom März wurden bereits einige Infos genannt; inwieweit die heute noch zutreffen, bleibt abzuwarten: Es hieß, dass der Spieler Yusaku, Ai oder Kiyoshi wählt und an Golfturnieren in der ganzen Welt teilnehmen soll. Die drei Geschwister können auch gegeneinander spielen. Für die Golfer stehen verschiedene Kleidungsstücke parat. Aufgrund von Ais Popularität gibt es auch Kleidung aus ihrem echten Leben im Spiel.

Wonder Boy fait la totale

Sega vient d'annoncer deux nouveaux Sega Ages, et non des moindres, puisqu'il s'agit tout simplement de Monster World Collection et de Virtual-On. Oui, il y aura bientôt une compilation réunissant les aventures de Wonder Boy au pays des monstres, Enfin, pour le moment, le contenu n'a pas été précisé, mais on espère que Sega ne décevra pas, en couvrant la série de Wonder Boy in Monster Land, initialement sorti en arcade, à Monster World IV, disponible uniquement sur la Megadrive japonaise. Même conditionnel pour Virtual-On, qui sauf surprise devrait s'inspirer du jeu original. Plus d'infos à venir prochainement, donc, les deux jeux étant prévus pour l'hiver prochain au Japon, toujours au mini tarif de 2.500 yens et des poussières, soit une quinzaine d'euros.

Ca fait un peu goute d'eau comparer aux grosses annonces SNKP, mais un nouveau trailer de VF5 est disponible, et a priori il tourne sur PS3:
