Salut , pour le panel sur mes mvs 25 up ils étaient en double épaisseur aussi , une avec l overlay et l autre avec les fixations de stick mais ça n'empêche pas de pouvoir les changer , j ais refait deux panels en 1X5 et c est nickel

Branchage, trifouillage, et bim, ca semble bien venir d'a côté du Yoke.
Lorsque j'appuie avec une baguette en bois le bruit diminue, c'est pas énorme hein, mais j'aimerai fixer ça tout de même.

Je pense contacter MSE a Aubervilliers à moins que quelqu'un ai un contact sur Paris, familier avec ce type tube ou Yoke en général.

sur un de mes écrans qui fait ça j'ai collé à mort et ça n'a rien changé...
dans la borne ça fait moins de bruit qu'un cps2, je me suis fait une raison.
je préfère un petit bordonnement qu'un problème de géométrie ou de synchro des couleurs après avoir remonté le yoke...

tu as bien raison, a voir si avec un petit billet, MSE peut faire quelque chose! sinon on fera sans, le bruit est vraiment mini...
Est ce possible de trouver dans une TV Toshiba le même genre de tube?

Reducing/eliminating yoke noise

Carefully look under vertical core next to plastic liner, on top and bottom is
a plate called the astigmatism shunt, it has come loose. Work RTV, epoxy, or
service cement onto it to glue it down and noise should quit.

I have fixed a total of 27 of these sets with noisy yokes by removing the
yokes and using motor armature spray sealant.

If you carefully mark the EXACT position of everything (yoke, purity magnets),
and slide the yoke off the CRT, then once the yoke has been sealed with motor
armature spray sealant and has dried thoroughly, put the yoke back EXACTLY
where it was, there should be no problems.

The only thing I have had to do was set the purity on one set, but it
was off a little to begin with.

I once cured a yoke in an old 20" Hitachi monitor buzzing at the vertical
frequency by encapsulating the windings with an epoxy adhesive, and running
the glue over joins in the ferrite pieces.
I've heard from others who have tried to cure similar problems re the
horizontal windings on Hitachi monitors, they had no luck and scrapped the
monitor.

Soluce plus simple / fliper l'écran: (a tester)

I discovered this one sorta by accident !
Was working on an NAP TV with a buzzing yoke and I actually had it in my hand
running (with the CRT socket off of course!). I discovered that it would shut
up when it was turned upside down. Since there were only four wires on it, I
decided to just reverse them and reinstall the yoke uside down. Voila !
Give it a try if it has only four wires.

Unplugging it would work, but you would be forced to watch a compressed
picture at the center of the screen! I am assuming your talking about a NAP
yoke made by Panasonic\Quasar also used by them as well. The vibration comes
from the metal shunt inside the yoke which is used for "self convergeance".
The shunts were held by a mastic snot material that breaks down into a
powdery substance. Remove the yoke from the tube, and bore a small hole in
the plastic on both halves (top and bottom).These holes will be at the 12 and
6 positions, as the 3 and 9 will have windings visible. Fill the holes with
white glue and let the glue settle in, rotating the yoke as it does.The glue
will soak into the powdery material and harden it. You will have to do this
several times until the glue oozes out near the clamp. Give it a full day to
dry

Un gars ici sur du toshiba qui retire les plaquette noir en métal:

I've had a number of Toshiba TVs where the yoke vibrates at field rate.
Normally removing and discarding the metal 'skirt' around either side of the
yoke will cure this noise.

Have a lot of customers that demand replacing yoke rather than repairing, do
same to satisfy customer and never cured the flippin problem. Seems that the
staff at the manufacturing sites are immune to the 59.5 hz buzz noise?? I
have had a lot of success in injecting CYNA Adhesive into the core pieces
and around the metal pole pieces and reassembling the units. Major pain
having to go thru this because of poor design by the manufacturers. I have
also, on limited basis, separated the ferrite core pieces and placed a piece
of 'fly paper' between them to stop the metallic direct contact, does not
have negative effect on picture or inductance of yoke coils, been doin this
trick for over 30 years.

The humming/buzzing deflector yoke in my Toshiba CN35D90 was
fixed by a local Toshiba authorized repairman. After consulting
with Toshiba about the buzz (they were quite familiar with the
condition), they gave him repair instructions.

I didn't watch over his shoulder while he did the work, but he
told me it basically involved physically shoring up the deflector
yoke, and then coating the area with some kind of smelly epoxy.
He mentioned that the sets are now shipping from the factory with
a similar type of coating.

After the the work was done, I'm happy to say the once fairly
loud buzz is greatly diminished. I can still hear a hum if
I mute the sound and listen, but before, it was easy to hear
even during semi-quiet passages from anywhere in the room.

Badtz, Oui pour le panel c'est bien une plaque de métal sur lequel est collé l'overlay.
Tu avais pris quoi comme référence de bombe et vernis?

Donc pour la peinture, j'ai pris de la mtn 94.
Référence R-3020 Rouge Clair pour les parties rouges et RV-30 Bleu Electrique pour la capote. Entre ça et la caisse qui a été sablée et repeinte, si je n'avais pas cette bidouille pour l'ecran, la borne serait comme neuve.

Alors donc On poursuit tout ça avec décapage du panel.
J'avais acheté un décapeur thermique, mais ca ne fait pas tout...
Voir même ca fait peu a vrai dire, l'overlay avait comme fait une seul peau avec la plaque en alu.
J'ai fini au papier émerie 180 puis 400:

Ensuite j'avais acheté un Vinyl autocollant uni rouge pour le poser sur la partie basse du panel au lieu de refaire une peinture.
Mais on voit que le rouge de mon vinyl n'est pas assez fonçé:
