Here's a pretty elegant 1/8th Fumiko PVC figure produced by Good Smile Company. It looks to be set for release this month for ¥4200. [Thanks to Aaron!]
• The DARIUS PREMIUM MUSIC BOX site has been overhauled with pictures and new info. Is the bonus item that weirdo pen [see button 2 under DARIUS 3]? Also be sure to check out the first button [under DARIUS VISUAL DISC] for sample footage from the DVD. It includes footage from live music performances. Awesome. Coming 5/25. I should also mention that the latest issue of ARCADIA [no. 60] includes an interview with Hisayoshi Ogura. [Maybe someone out there wants to translate?] [Thanks again to Aaron!]

• STG-T: About 18 orders have been made thus far, so progress is pretty brisk... Also, since there have been some questions about sizes, I can at least provide a picture of what a medium size AA shirt looks like. It might not be too helpful seeing a mere picture, but whatever... it makes for a somewhat decent[ly cheesy] design mockup anyway.
• Senko no Ronde site update with character images and profiles. Mr. Rid has some translations.

The King of Fighters Neowave sur PS2 ne comptera pas 43 personnages comme en arcade, mais 48, puisque cinq nouvelles recrues viendront compléter le roster. Il s'agira de Seth, Angel, May Lee, Rugal et Kusanagi, venus apporter leur contribution. Cette énième version, la première sur la carte arcade Atomiswave, se distingue par l'apparition d'une commande Heat, qui permet d'augmenter la puissance de ses attaques en sacrifiant petit à petit une partie de sa jauge de vie. Trois modes de jeu sont disponibles pour les personnages, Super Cancel, Guard Break et MAX2, qui modifient grandement la façon de jouer ; le nombre de jauges de furies stockables n'est pas le même, et certaines capacités (Just Defense, roulades, annulations d'attaques) s'appliquent dans un mode et pas dans l'autre. The King of Fighters Neowave est attendu pour le 23 juin au Japon. Voir la pochette

We missed this when it was new, but Eric-Jon just caught it. SNK Playmore USA will be making TV games for Jakks Pacific, a group which largely does kids TV games - with awards from Grandparents Magazine! The first three games to get the 'TV game' treatment will be Ikari Warriors, Vanguard, and Victory Road. The games will retail for around $20, and will be released in spring 2006.

Game Watch and G Para have published their first previews of the PS2 version of Cave's Mushihime-sama. Seems that the port is being done by Taito and not Cave itself. It'll have a new Arrange Mode with some gameplay tweaks as well as a Practice Mode. Oh. And the limited edition will come with a figurine. Another one.

One of the first titles announced by SNK Playmore for the Atomiswave arcade platform is finally going to appear in location test form this saturday, according to this official advertisement.

<Brandon's note: The game is apparently not being developed by the acclaimed Yuki Enterprise, which reinvigorated the series with SS Zero and Zero Special. The development seems to have been moved back in-house, but this is not confirmed. SNKP USA also has a little poll to see what next-gen system you would like them to develop for, but word is it's already been skewed.>

Insanity Naked Hunter Group will be releasing yet another superplay DVD set, but this time it will not be shooter-centric. THE STARTING OVER HYPER STREET FIGHTER II will include SFII replays from a whopping 16 players, and a special CD and booklet will also round out the package. It will release on June 30 for 6090 yen. j ai recu la news letter d atari ils annoncent dragonball advanced
adventure pour le moi de juin (prépare les pepettes rain).
enfin une autre annonce etonante il annonce un collector budokai 3 sur PS2 si quequ un a des news sur le contenu de ce dernier tenez moi au courant ca m intrigue!!!

C'est HS mais bon, je repond la quand même -__-
DBZ3 collector, c'est la version Jap pour les français. Donc avec les voix jap, les costumes en plus etc.
