Je me suis "amusé" a traduire les noms des 4 persos de War Of The Grail de capcom et ça donne Pallas Athena (la déesse), Gargantua (le cyclope géant), Asterios (le minautore)... Par contre le persos style Arthur imposseble de vraiment traduire, en romanji ça donne Asa.

It is the same reason that Papyrus was not able to include the Daytona Speedway in many of the "NASCAR Racing" games, because at the time, Sega held the exclusive rights to the use of the speedway's name and likeness.

Treasure soll 2D-Spiel planen

13.09.05 - Das kürzlich von Treasure (Gunstar Heroes, Radiant Silvergun) angekündigte Xbox 360 Projekt soll wahrscheinlich ein 2D-Spiel werden. Das berichtet 1UP.

So bestätigte ein Sprecher von Treasure, dass es seitens des 'Gameplays' keine großen Unterschiede zwischen Konsolen- und Handheldentwicklungen gibt, weil sie alle auf 2D Action basieren würden.

Comme toute console digne de ce nom, la Xbox 360 aura droit à son épisode de Bomberman avec un Bomberman Act Zero bien entendu conçu par Hudson Soft. On ignore toutefois quand le jeu sera commercialisé.

Treasure erwägt Sin and Punishment-Nachfolger

14.09.05 - Treasure überlegt einen Nachfolger des Nintendo 64 Shooters Sin and Punishment Click Picture herzustellen, der am 21.11.00 als 'Tsumi to Batsu: Chikyu no Keishousha' in Japan veröffentlicht wurde.

Das bestätigt Masato Maegawa, Präsident von Treasure, in einem Interview mit GameInformer. Treasure sei sehr stolz auf die Qualität des Spiels, weshalb man über einen Nachfolger nachdenkt und ihn in Erwägung zieht - eine mögliche Plattform wurde nicht genannt.

Tecmo today announced that Tecmo Classic Arcade, its foray into the world of porting coin-op old-timers to current-generation systems, has shipped to stores for the Xbox. The game is rated E for Everyone and retails for $29.99. There are 11 games in the compilation, including the classic football game Tecmo Bowl, which is regarded by many as a sports classic. Also included in the game is the side-scrolling Rygar and the demon-fighting wizardry of Solomon's Key. Rounding out the compilation are Bomb Jack, Tecmo Cup, Pleiads, Senjyo, Star Force, Strato Fighter, Swimmer, and Pinball Action.

Konami und Capcom sind Kandidaten für Fusionen

16.09.05 - Konami und Capcom kommen für eine Fusion mit einem anderen Unternehmen in Frage. Das prognostiziert Bloomberg.

Konami hatte im April 2005 Hudson gekauft, sowie sich an Takara, Genki und People Co - Japans größter Fitness Center Anbieter - beteiligt. Yuuta Sakurai, ein Analyst von Nomura Research: 'Konami hat nach drei Jahren aggressiver Expansion eine Pause gemacht und ist jetzt wieder im Angriffsmodus; vielleicht, um seine Übernahmepläne wieder zu beleben.'

Im Gegensatz zu Konami ist Capcom ein Ziel für eine Übernahme, wie Analyst Hiromu Takada von Cosmo Securities vermutet: 'Capcom ist vermutlich der wahrscheinlichste Kandidat für eine Übernahme oder Fusion von den übriggebliebenen großen Firmen. Die Firma ist in einer schwierigen finanziellen Situation.

Die effektivste der möglichen Kombinationen für Capcom wäre, wenn Sega Sammy das Unternehmen kaufen würde.'

GS: Drei weitere Spiele von Namco

16.09.05 - Namco hat auf der Tokyo Game Show die Entwicklung von drei weiteren Spielen für PS3 bekanntgegeben. Der erste Titel wird als 'New Fighting Game' gelistet und ist das nächste Tekken, das bereits auf der E3 angekündigt wurde. Die anderen beiden Titel sind hingegen neu.

Es handelt sich um ein neues Rollenspiel und einen Shooter. Namco hat hierzu keine genauen Details abgegeben.

RPG giant completes stock purchase of Space Invaders maker.

September 22, 2005 - Square Enix's surprise buyout of Japanese amusement giant Taito is nearing completion, with the company announcing today that it has completed a stock purchase program and now has enough shares in Taito to finish the buyout. Over a period of one month starting 8/22 and ending 9/22, Square Enix was able to purchase 346,689 shares of Taito, well above its goal of 247,900 shares. As a result, Taito will become a full Square Enix subsidiary starting on the 28th.

This most recent industry shake up met with a mixed response following Square Enix's declaration of its intentions back on August 22. However, it was Square Enix shareholders that questioned the deal, citing that the offer price for each share of Taito stock was too high. Clearly, Taito share owners didn't have such objections.

Despite the quick change of guard, don't expect to see Space Invaders under the Square Enix name any time soon. Square Enix representatives have stated that they plan on keeping the two brand names separate.

Ce jeu c'est "Sakigake !! Otokojuku", c'est tiré d'un manga/da qui parle de jeunes loulou qui sont dans une ecole d'arts martiaux.
