Salut, c'est exactement ça, le patch n'est présent que si tu veux compiler toi même les sources de mame.
L'exe compilé est déjà patché.
Autre avantages de cette version, il y a des petits correctifs déjà appliqués, absent des autres versions "officielles" de groovymame.
Par contre, je ne sais pas quel ton OS (x86 ou x64 ?) mais depuis quelque temps déjà mame n'est plus développé en version 32bits.
Si les versions 64 bits ne passent pas, tu ne pourras plus mettre à jour, ce qui est dommage. Par exemple la 0.230 émule bien mieux le chip sonore Yamaha utilisé dans pas mal de jeux data east ou sega.
